Nestled within the midst of all of the amenities and attractions on Main Street in Downtown Ketchum , this property provides an ideal location for a high end hotel and resort. Adjacent to the Forest Service Park, views of Mt Baldy are abundant and skiing utilizing the River Run chairlifts is just minutes away.

Bald Mountain Lodge will be positioned as a first class, LEED certified boutique resort with exceptional quality of finishes and furnishings and offering a four star level of personal service. The hotel portion of the property will consist of 91 rooms presenting a warm, inviting feeling for its guests. The 4th and 5th floor of the property will offer 26 condominium units which will be available for purchase by independent owners.

These owners will have the option of placing their units with the hotel’s rental program, thus generating a return on their investment, while also enjoying the benefit of staying in their own home when visiting Sun Valley. Amenities available to hotel guests and condominium owners include a full service spa, conference room, restaurant, room and concierge service, swimming pool and expansive outdoor gathering area complete with fire pits, ski valet, shuttle service and activity center and a restaurant which will also be open for the public’s enjoyment.

Following an extensive process of working with the City of Ketchum’s Mayor, City Council and other various groups, the property has recently acquired the entitlements and we have executed a Development Agreement with the City. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2012.
