Having recently closed on this prime piece of Issaquah property, the design and permitting phase is underway for a Class A medical office building. This high visibility parcel consisting of just over 100,000 square feet of land is ideally situated just off of I-90 with convenient access to Swedish ER, I-90 and Downtown Issaquah.

Construction plans for this facility boast over 40,000 square feet of office space and 180 parking stalls. The building's design will capture the Northwest’s character with its blend of natural materials, deep roof overhangs and an abundance of windows allowing natural light to flow into the building.

With approximately 30% of the building leased, physicians groups include imaging and laboratory, among others. Offering space to a wide variety of physicians and specialists will encourage the diversity necessary to encompass many fields of healthcare, thus creating a "one-stop" facility.
